Possession is planned for March 2031.* Prestige Golden Grove can suit buyers who want a large new township near the West Hyderabad IT corridor. It is around 1.5 km from ORR Exit 2 and has road access towards Kokapet, Financial District and Gachibowli.

2. The Prestige City, Hyderabad

The Prestige City, Hyderabad, is a residential project by Prestige Group located in Rajendra Nagar, near Budvel in South Hyderabad.

It is a large township with apartments and villas. The apartment phase covers 31.14 acres and has 4,647 homes. The wider project also includes Bellagio, a 24-acre villa community with 119 villas.

Apartment prices currently start from about ₹1.40 Cr. The apartment project is under construction and is registered under RERA number P02400007209. Possession is expected in December 2028.*

The earlier size of 18,049 sq. ft. was incorrect for the apartments. Buyers should check the current apartment and villa size chart separately because Bellagio villas are part of the wider township.

The project has road access towards Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Financial District and central Hyderabad. It can suit buyers looking for a large township in South Hyderabad.

3. Prestige Clairemont

Prestige Clairemont is a modern apartment in Neopolis Layout, Kokapet, West Hyderabad. The project covers 7.56 acres.
